10/28: A Sobrato Hall resident slipped and fell while standing on a toilet and injured her back. CSS and SCU EMS responded.
10/30: A Swig Hall resident injured her ankle while running. CSS and SCU EMS responded.̢۬
10/31: A student was reportedly suffering from chest pains while visiting a resident in Sobrato Hall. CSS, SCU EMS responded. He refused medical assistance and was advised to visit a physician.
10/31: A Unity Hall resident was reportedly ill due to excessive alcohol consumption. CSS, SCU EMS, SCFD and paramedics responded. The resident was transported to O'Connor Hospital by paramedics.

11/02: A non-affiliated female reportedly sustained neck injury while attending a concert at the Leavey Activity Center. CSS, SCU EMS, SCFD and paramedics responded. She was transported to Kaiser Hospital by paramedics.
Informational Report
10/28: A vehicle was reportedly hit by a foul ball, damaging the rear window of the vehicle.
10/30: The windshield of a vehicle was reportedly broken by a baseball, while parked in the Casa Italiana lot.
10/30: A large truck was observed backing into a tree and a light pole at the entrance to the parking structure. The truck then fled the area. SCPD was notified.
10/31: Two residents were reportedly having an altercation in San Filippo Hall. One of the residents had left the area upon CSS arrival. ̢۬
11/02: A suspicious male was seen walking with another male toward Santa Clara street carrying a rolled up carpet at approximately 2:52 a.m. When CSS arrived, they both attempted to flee the area; dropping the carpet. CSS was able to detain one of them for questioning. He was identified as a student.
11/03: A Swig Hall resident reportedly threatened to overdose herself with drugs. CSS, SCU EMS and SCPD responded. The resident was transported to Valley Medical Center by SCPD, and her parents were notified of the incident.
Found Property
10/30: A sweater was found and turned in to the CSS office.
10/30: An Access card with keys attached was found and turned in to the CSS office. The owner was notified. ̢۬
11/03: A sport bag was reported missing from the women's locker room in Pat Malley Fitness Center.
Lost Property
11/03 An Access card was reported missing and was suspended per owner's request.
10/31: A wallet was reported missing from a resident's room in Campisi Hall.
11/02: A driver's license was reported missing.
